Choose a clear, well-lit original photo with your pet’s face fully visible. Avoid screenshots, heavy filters and cropped ears. Our Pet Photo Guide has more tips.

Can I personalize a gift for a cat?

Yes. Choose a portrait described for dogs or cats, then upload the photo and enter the name requested on that product. Check each design’s description for any specific requirements.

Can I add dates to a memorial keepsake?

Memorial products include an optional dates field. Enter the dates exactly as you want them shown, or leave that field blank if you prefer a name-only tribute.
