What photo should I choose?
A clear original photo taken in natural light works best. Keep the face sharp and avoid filters. For shaped pillows, make sure ears, paws and tail are fully visible. See our Pet Photo Guide.
Can I use a photo of my cat?
Our personalized pet gift designs are intended for both dogs and cats. Check each product page for the available format and personalization options.
How big is the shaped pillow?
The 12-inch pillow measures approximately 30 cm along its longest side. Its width depends on your pet’s pose and the outline of the photo.
Is stuffing included?
The 12-inch shaped pet photo pillow includes cotton filling. It is not an empty pillowcase.
Can I create a memorial keepsake?
Our Pet Memorial Gifts collection is for remembering a beloved companion. Refer to the individual product page for available name and date fields.
How can I get help?

Is shipping free?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on orders delivered within the United States, with no minimum order. Shipping is included in the product price. Available delivery services and destination restrictions are shown at checkout.
Which collections can I shop?
Only products with an available purchase option can be ordered. Collections labelled “In the making” are previews of products being prepared, not an offer to purchase.
Are gift boxes and photo props included?
Props and gift wrapping shown in styled images are not included unless the individual product description states otherwise.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact hello@rigufu.com within 30 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the problem and packaging. Damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect items qualify for a replacement at no cost or a refund for the affected item. A return is normally not required; contact us before sending anything.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States only, with free standard shipping and no minimum order. Delivery availability is shown at checkout.
How long do canvas orders take?
Our US production partner typically needs 3–5 days to produce your canvas after payment and receipt of complete personalization details, followed by approximately 5–7 days in transit. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. See our Shipping Policy.
Where are products made?
Canvas, loop velvet doormats and the 12-inch custom photo shaped pillow are fulfilled by our U.S. production partners. Memorial stones and suncatchers, when available, are fulfilled by our partner in China. Items may arrive in separate packages.
How do cancellations and returns work?
Request a cancellation or correction within 6 hours of placing your order; we will confirm whether it can be made. Once personalized production starts, changes may not be possible. Standard non-personalized items can be returned unused within our 30-calendar-day return window, including standard designs printed after purchase. Correctly made personalized items cannot be returned for change of mind. Damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect items should be reported within 30 calendar days of delivery. Approved physical returns must be posted within 14 calendar days after approval, and approved refunds are issued within 10 business days. See our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.
Where do I send an approved return?
Contact us first for written return authorization. Approved returns go to Rigufu Returns c/o Marlowood LLC, 2575 Eldridge Rd, Sugar Land, TX 77478, United States. Do not send returns to the Wyoming registered address, Vietnam team address or a factory address on the shipping label.
Who pays for return shipping?
You pay return shipping for an eligible change-of-mind return of a standard item. We cover return postage when a return is required because an item is defective, damaged, misprinted or incorrect due to our error. There is no restocking fee, and we do not deduct a hidden outbound shipping charge from refunds on items sold with free shipping.
How long do doormats and pet pillows take?
Loop velvet doormats have an estimated 1–2 days of production plus 4–7 days in transit. The 12-inch custom photo shaped pillow has an estimated 1–3 days of production plus 3–5 days in transit. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. See our Shipping Policy.
