Terms of Service

Rigufu (rigufu.com) is operated by Larkhaven Home LLC. “We,” “us” and “our” refer to Larkhaven Home LLC operating Rigufu. These terms apply to your use of our website and purchases through our store. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform and checkout.

Eligibility and website use

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian where applicable. Provide accurate account and order information. Do not use the website for unlawful purposes, submit malicious code, interfere with its operation, impersonate another person or attempt unauthorized access.

Product information and previews

Read each product’s description, size, material, available options and delivery details before ordering. Listing images may be illustrative mockups with example personalization. Furniture, styling props, gift wrapping and accessories are included only where the listing expressly says so. Colors, texture and scale may appear differently on screens; this does not remove your rights when the delivered item is defective or materially different from its description. Printed pet portraits are printed artwork, not original hand-painted canvases, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Personalized orders and uploaded content

Check names, dates, wording, photos, size and shipping details before submitting your order. You are responsible for having the right to use the photos, artwork and other content you supply, including permission from relevant rights holders and people pictured. Do not submit unlawful, infringing or abusive content. We may decline an unlawful or infringing request and refund any payment for an order we cannot fulfill.

You give us permission to use, reproduce, adapt and share your submitted content with the service and production partners necessary to prepare artwork, manufacture, deliver and support your order. This permission is limited to those purposes; it does not transfer ownership of your content to us or give us permission to use your private photos in public marketing without separate permission. We may contact you to resolve unclear or unsuitable artwork before production.

Prices, currency and payment

Store prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless clearly stated otherwise. Standard U.S. shipping is included in the product price. Applicable taxes and any separately offered delivery services are shown before you complete checkout. Payments are handled through the payment methods offered at checkout. We do not guarantee that a particular payment method will always be available.

Order confirmation and availability

An automated confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. If payment fails, details need clarification, a listing has a material error or we cannot fulfill the order, we will contact you. We will not impose a higher price or substitute a materially different product without your agreement. If a paid order is canceled because we cannot fulfill it, we will issue the appropriate refund.

Production, changes and cancellations

Products are made to order. Send change or cancellation requests within 6 hours after placing the order to hello@rigufu.com. We will confirm the outcome. We may still be able to help later if production has not begun; changes and cancellation may no longer be possible after personalized production starts. Statutory rights for delayed dispatch, non-delivery, defects or misdescription remain unaffected.

Delivery, returns and refunds

We ship within the United States only. Production and shipping estimates, free standard shipping, tracking and delivery issues are explained in our Shipping Policy. Our Return & Refund Policy provides the 30-day return and problem-reporting rules, personalized-item exceptions, approved return address and refund process. These policies form part of your purchase terms.

Intellectual property

Website text, branding, original designs and other materials belong to us or their respective rights holders. You may view them for personal shopping purposes. Commercial copying, resale or reuse requires permission from the relevant rights holder. Your own uploaded content remains yours or its rights holder’s.

Third-party services and links

Checkout, payment, shipping and other services may be provided by third parties. Their applicable terms and privacy notices govern their services. Links to outside websites are provided for convenience; we do not control their content or operation. Nothing here removes our obligations to you as the seller.

Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information and uploaded photos are handled. We may email you about your order, artwork, shipping and support requests. Marketing email subscriptions are optional, and you may unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email.

Site availability and responsibility

We aim to keep information accurate and the website available, but temporary interruptions and errors can occur. Contact us if a problem affects your order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct or any liability, warranty or consumer remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Changes to these terms

Updates will be posted here with a revised date. The purchase terms in effect when you placed an order continue to govern that order, unless you agree to a change or the law requires otherwise. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
